National Invasive Species Awareness Week (NISAW) February 26, 2024 @ 8:00 am – March 1, 2024 @ 5:00 pm CST Washington D.C. mNational Invasive Species Awareness Week (NISAW) is an international event to raise awareness about invasive species, the threat that they pose, and what can be done to prevent their spread.
Florida is plagued by more than 500 non-native plant and animal species. Some of these animals are wreaking havoc on delicate ecosystems around the state.
