Small Farms Leadership Development and Social Networking Needs Assessment

Three stylized figures and leaves, with text: "Connecting People to Agriculture & Natural Resources".

In our ongoing effort to support Agricultural Leadership Development, we are helping to circulate Rachel Biderman's small farms leadership assessment.

Please see below if you are interested in participating:

My name is Rachel Biderman, and I am a doctoral student at the University of Florida studying agricultural leadership. My dissertation is a needs assessment to understand small-scale farmers leadership development and social networking needs throughout the state of Florida. We are hopeful that the findings will help us develop a program for this population. Additionally, the project has been supported by Southern SARE, to support sustainable agriculture in our state.

We are collecting survey data throughout the Summer and would like to have as many Florida farmers complete it as possible. There are no criteria to participate. I am including the survey link below, as well as a short YouTube video you can share that explains the project and the survey.
