Governed by an elected board of five supervisors, the Hillsborough Soil and Water Conservation District is one of nearly 3,000 conservation districts nationwide. We're driven to educate, communicate, assist, support, coordinate and promote best conservation practices to families, farmers, schools, civic clubs, businesses, individuals and agricultural interests. Conservation is everybody's business as we strive to become better stewards of natural resources in rural, urban, inner-city and suburban settings.
Hillsborough Soil and Water Conservation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Hillsborough Soil and Water Conservation District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
